PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Seasonal summer temperatures return to the Portland-Vancouver metro area Tuesday as rain remains absent. A few morning clouds will help slow the warming process in western Oregon and southwest Washington Tuesday. Afternoon highs will warm to near average conditions with temperatures sitting in the low to mid 80s. Afternoon sunshine will be in abundance as hazy hugs the horizon.
