MOBILE, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A man was shot, and another man was arrested at an apartment complex Sunday, according to the Mobile Police Department.

Officers were called to Cimarron Ridge Apartments around 9:30 a.m. Sunday after receiving a report of a shooting, according to an MPD news release.
INCIDENT LOCATION:
Officers arrived at the complex and found that a man had been shot during an argument with a person he knew, according to the release.
Officials said the suspect, now identified as 27-year-old Maryon Marquise Williams, was at the scene and was arrested.

Williams was charged with first-degree assault.
