MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – The ocean on the Myrtle Beach coast is now closed to swimmers as impacts from Tropical Storm Debby start being felt in the area. The City of Myrtle Beach made the announcement via its text alert system, saying that double red flags have now been posted the beach within city limits.
