‘City Hall Fellowship Program’ now accepting applications for ages 18 to 30

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – The City Hall Fellowship Program is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 Youth Jobs Program.

The City Hall Fellowship Program spans seven months and offers valuable opportunities for youth from 18 to 30 years old.

Tehachapi Night Out happening Tuesday at Philip Marx Central Park

Participants take part in administrative duties and analysis, budget management, prepare and present reports and attend various workshops.

Fellows will work 20 to 25 hours at $25 per hour, while receiving support and career development services from Kern Community Foundation, such as mentorships, travel stipends and field trips.

Deadline to submit applications is 11:59 p.m. on August 16.
