(KSLA) – According to Amazon’s 2024 U.S. Economic Impact Report, the company has contributed over $2.9 billion to Louisiana’s economy. “I do have some numbers that our economic community and impact team were able to pull for us. So since 2010, Amazon has invested over $200 million in the Shreveport area, and that’s including infrastructure and compensation to our employees.
