BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – A new exhibit opens Saturday at RAM art gallery on Kentucky Street in Bakersfield.
“Dreaming of Okihi” offers artist Stephen Winters look at the deep connection between humanity and nature.
Winters’ paintings and drawings feature horses, sheep, goats, chickens and roosters, showing the animals vital role in the Okihi land restoration along the Kern River.
The gallery is hosting an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at 614 Kentucky St.
