BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Kern County Animal Services is reminding the public the importance of microchipping after it reunited a pug and his owner after being missing for five years. KCAS said an 8-year-old pug named Gizmo was reunited with his owner after being missing for five years.
