NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) – Local shops along the Grand Stand are breathing a sigh of relief that Tropical Storm Debby didn’t cause any major damage. However, the rain did cause some tourists and customers to stay home, but they’re hoping a busy weekend will make up for it.
