SPOKANE, Wash. – A man found sleeping in a downtown Spokane apartment lobby with meth, fentanyl, a gun and cash has been sentenced to over five years in prison. According to court documents, Alexander Kosnicki, 46, was found by a security guard of an apartment complex on Nov. 22, 2022, sleeping in the lobby.
