Spokane Police Department (SPD) confirmed they are investigating a shooting that happened on Thursday at the 1000 block of West Mansfield Ave. in North Spokane. SPD says a person was shot at 12:15 p.m. and called 911. They reportedly suffered two gunshot wounds. They were sent to the hospital and are expected to cover.
