CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Crop farmers and conservationists gathered for a field day in Cedar Rapids on Aug. 8 to explore the latest in on-farm conservation practices. Hosted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in partnership with Cargill and Kirkwood Community College, the half-day event provided insights into current and future conservation efforts. The event featured presentations from agronomists and a panel of farmers sharing their experiences.
