BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – Battle Creek police have asked the community for help in finding an endangered man who went missing Thursday. Steven Oostindie, 63, was last seen walking away from Fremont Street near East Emmett Street in an unknown direction at about 2 p.m., according to the Battle Creek Police Department.
