BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — U.S. Marshals are asking the community to keep an eye out for a wanted parolee in Bakersfield.
James Hall, 67, has a criminal history that includes assault, battery, rape, and other narcotics related offenses. Hall is a transient and frequents the Bakersfield area, according to U.S. Marshals.

Hall is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest and arms.
