Businesses looking to purchase a liquor license in Nampa will have to offer more than just booze. The Nampa City Council unanimously decided that all future liquor licenses must be linked to a restaurant. The decision does not limit the ability for businesses to obtain an alcoholic beverage license to sell beer and wine, Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling said.
