TAMPA, Fla. – A Hillsborough County judge denied bond for three people accused of killing rapper Julio Foolio. The judge made the ruling on Thursday during the three defendants’ pretrial detention hearing. Isaiah Chance, 21, Alicia Andrews, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18, all face murder charges in the June death of Foolio, whose legal name is Charles Jones.
