SUNRISE, Fla. – Authorities jailed a man on 15 criminal charges on Thursday in connection with a deadly late June crash in Sunrise. Police said Andrew Kennedy Brown, 36, of Wilton Manors, was driving 112 mph seconds before the crash and had a blood alcohol level of nearly twice the legal limit.
