BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A brush fire southeast of Tehachapi and west of Mojave ignited Friday afternoon, according to Cal Fire.
Fire officials say the Cal Incident, burning near Tehachapi Willow Springs Road, has torched 60 acres. Multiple air tankers and a hand crew were assigned to the blaze.
The Kern County Fire Department is managing this fire and the cause is currently unknown.
