JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Thaissa Miranda’s emotional support dog Phoebe has been missing for 10 weeks, and the pain of her being gone is unbearable. Phoebe is a 2-year-old, 60-pound Goldendoodle. She went missing on May 28 at around 7:30 p.m. on the Westside of Jacksonville near Chester Park Drive and hasn’t been seen since.
