HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Neighbors who live near the Lumber and Little Pee Dee rivers are holding their breaths as the rivers continue to rise in Debby’s wake. Rivers across the Pee Dee are expected to climb into flood stage this upcoming weekend as heavy rainfall from Debby drains down into South Carolina.
