A rare empty lot in southeast Boise could soon see development. Plans for a .82-acre site at 787 E. ParkCenter Blvd., near E. Pennsylvania St., have evolved. As BoiseDev told you in 2022, Shannon Cook of Eagle proposed building a project with office space and self-storage on this lot, and another one next door is currently used for overflow parking for Axiom Fitness.
