SPOKANE, Wash. – The City of Spokane is asking Spokane residents to weigh in on what should happen to Spokane Falls Boulevard. The City of Spokane has created a survey to determine what should be done to improve Spokane Falls Boulevard from Division Street to Lincoln Street. The project is expected to improve urban infrastructure and meet the growing community’s needs for the next two decades.
