RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A new affordable housing complex has arrived in Riviera Beach. Palm Beach County Housing and Economic Development Department announced that Berkeley Landing Apartments marked a milestone with the grand opening of its new 112-unit multi-family residential community located at 3100 Broadway in Riviera Beach.
