According to an August 11th report from The-Sun.com, the Florida-based chain best known for its beer and burgers has filed for bankruptcy.

As excerpted from the report: Consumers have expressed their sadness and shock after a chain restaurant announced that it will soon shutter some of its locations… According to documents, the company officially filed for bankruptcy on August 2.

The chain was founded in 2007. 34 locations are presently in operation, 14 of them in Florida. Specific location closures and closing dates have yet to be announced by the company.

It should be noted despite the bankruptcy and pending closures, new openings are also reportedly being scheduled for the company, such as the reopening of a Lakewood, Florida location, and two new restaurants in Georgia and Maryland.
