ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Crime scene tape could be seen scattered at the intersection of Windsor and Richardson streets in the Mechanicsville neighborhood of southwest Atlanta. They are remnants of a mass shooting investigation underway after Atlanta police said five people were shot at a party Saturday night.
