NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – The Charleston County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal pedestrian and motor vehicle hit and run. Silas Williams Jr., a 63- year-old male from Johns Island was determined to have died on Aug. 9, from injuries sustained in the collision, according to the report.
