MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A man is behind bars after police reportedly found drugs and other related items inside a car parked at a Myrtle Beach park last week. Records show 36-year-old Timmy Swartz was arrested on Aug. 8 and faces multiple charges related to drug possession, distribution and trafficking.
