Co-defendant Jonathan Hernandez, charged as an accessory, has not made an initial court appearance as he’s “medically unavailable,” authorities said. His arraignment is currently set for Aug. 21.

On the night of April 30, 2023, deputies were dispatched to H Street in Mojave and found four shooting victims at an RV. Three were declared dead at the scene, and the fourth died hours later at Antelope Valley Hospital.

According to a probable cause declaration filed in Superior Court, Partida-Reyes was seen arguing with some of the victims earlier in the day, and the gun used in the shooting was linked to him.
