Mobile will be getting a new aquatic center, after the Mobile County Commission voted to move forward with the project Monday. “Thank you for keeping the faith,” Mobile County Commissioner Connie Hudson, who has spearheaded the project, said during the meeting Monday. “It just begins now…we are going to have the best, state-of-the-art facility.”
