EASTLAND COUNTY, Texas – A 30-year-old Mesquite woman was killed Saturday morning in a crash on Interstate 20 in Eastland County. The Texas Department of Public Safety said in a preliminary crash report Rachel Alice Rue, 30, of Mesquite, was driving a sedan west on Interstate 20 at the 338-mile marker. Rue passed another driver and was returning to the right lane of westbound traffic on the interstate.
