Strong Storms in the Central U.S.

An upper-level high-pressure system keeps storms riding along the northern tier and Central Plains over the next few days. The threat of severe storms seeps down from the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains on Tuesday. Leading to a marginal risk (level 1 out 5) along the Front Range of Colorado through southern Nebraska and into Kansas City. Pockets of large hail and strong, damaging winds are the main threats for the storm risk today.
