BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WALA) – The man accused in a drunk-driving crash that killed a Mount Vernon police officer has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Tyler Henderson entered a guilty plea to manslaughter. He was originally charged with murder for the crash that killed Ivan Lopez in August 2022, according to Baldwin County court records.
