LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — It’s never too late to win a blue ribbon at the Kentucky State Fair. Georgetown native Robert Hall, 94, entered his baked goods Monday in hopes of taking home the grand prize. Hall entered his apple pie and shortbread, and even presented them to the judges in his picnic basket.
