HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – While Tropical Storm Debby has come and gone, local river communities are still feeling the impacts as some waterways have started to crest. The Waccamaw River, Great Pee Dee and Little Pee Dee Rivers are all set to crest in a forecast showing major flood stages.
