COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A woman was charged with driving under the influence after a three-way crash on Interstate 20 involving two law enforcement agencies. According to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department (LCSD), several calls were made Thursday about a wrong-way driver to Richland County Communications, right before Tropical Storm Debby was expected to make landfall in Charleston.
