OKLAHOMA CITY – For the first time in two decades, Oklahoma City voters will decide if they want to increase a tax for visitors who stay at hotels or house rentals. Election day is just two weeks away, and supporters of the measure said the tax increase will put Oklahoma City on par with similar-sized cities. The tax increase would impact visitors, but the money from it would be put toward promoting the city.
