LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A suspect was arrested in a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a man while he was gassing up his car, Nevada State Police announced Tuesday. The crash happened July 5 around 2:12 a.m. on the transition ramp from westbound 215 to northbound I-15. Police said a blue Ford Explorer was pulled over to the side and the driver, 40-year-old John Garay, was putting gas in the car when he was hit by another car. Garay was pronounced dead at the scene.
