Authorities seeking assistance identifying two individuals who stole over $700 worth of merchandise from local HEB store

HOUSTON, Texas – Authorities are seeking public assistance in identifying two individuals who stole over $700 worth of merchandise from an HEB store on July 3, 2024. At approximately 4:25 p.m., a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft report at the HEB located in the 14100 block of Spring Cypress Road. Video surveillance captured the two entering the store, concealing merchandise, and leaving without attempting to pay, according to a statement from the office.
