A Boise car dealer wants to add a new dealership to their existing lot, but the city’s newly adopted zoning code doesn’t currently allow it. Spokane-based Boise Automotive RE Holdings, which owns the local Lyle Pearson dealership, wants to add a building to sell high-end Ineos Grenadier SUVs. The Lyle Pearson group added sales of the new brand to its existing lineup of Acura, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes, Porsche and the like.
