MCMINNVILLE, Ore. (KPTV) – A nonprofit called “Dream Flights” gave 10 local veterans a special memory on Tuesday. Ten veterans got a ride on a vintage biplane from McMinnville Municipal Airport on Tuesday morning. The veterans all come from the Springs Living communities in Salem, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley and Sherwood.
