Beach Bites: Cinnaholic

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — There is nothing better than the sweet smell of a cinnamon roll fresh out of the oven.

One place in Myrtle Beach took a creative spin on the classic cinnamon roll, and creates one-of-a-kind sweet treats for everyone!

From starting out in a small bakery in Berkeley, California, to pitching the company on national television, Cinnaholic became a hit around the country, opening more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

“So, our main thing is cinnamon rolls. We make them in-house from scratch daily, and then we do offer some other little baked goods like brownies and chocolate chip banana bread,” Assistant Manager Kris Dobson said. “We got some cookies and we also sell edible cookie dough. That’s all made in-house from scratch as well.”

Their goal is to provide an option for everyone’s late night sweet tooth cravings. The rolls are 100% vegan and also dairy and egg free.

“Sometimes, that deters people, but then they try it out and they’re like, ‘this is so good, you wouldn’t know,’” Dobson said.
