The State Auditor’s Office has completed its audit of the City of Ryan – and it did NOT find any mishandling of money. Last Tuesday, State Auditor Rob Sand announced the result of a special investigation into the City of Delhi, finding approximately $80,000 worth of questionable and improper spending under former city clerk Lori Tucker.
