ANN ARBOR, MI – Ann Arbor officials have approved a $4.8 million construction contract for a long-anticipated Border-to-Border Trail tunnel pathway. The new link for pedestrians and cyclists under the railroad tracks between Bandemer Park and the Barton Nature Area off West Huron River Drive is now expected to be complete by summer or fall of 2025.
