NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department’s non-emergency dispatch line experienced technical difficulties Wednesday morning.
Norfolk Police posted to X , formerly known as Twitter, stating that, as of 8:50 a.m., the non-emergency line is down due to technical difficulties.
Those who need to reach the non-emergency number can contact 757-441-5611.
Officials said the 911 line was not impacted and remains operational.
