A second Southeastern Grocers area store conversion into an Aldi grocery store is planned in Clay County, based on a permit request to convert a Winn-Dixie on Fleming Island. Clay County Economic Development Services is reviewing a July 30 permit request for the $1.75 million tenant improvement of the Eagle Harbor Winn-Dixie at 1545 County Road 220 into the Aldi banner.
