COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – Columbus City Schools students are scheduled to return to classrooms on Aug. 21. CCS Superintendent Dr. Angela Chapman told ABC 6 on Thursday that one of her top priorities over the summer has been to address any staffing shortages plaguing districts not just in the region but around the country.
