TAMPA – Police said a man has been arrested after Tuesday’s incident in which a semi-truck crashed into a strip club, killing one person and injuring two others. Dylan Fogle, 25, has been charged with one felony count of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of vehicular homicide, among other charges.
