BESSEMER, Alabama – A 29-year-old Long Branch woman was found dead last weekend on the side of a secluded road in this suburb of Birmingham.
The body of Miyell Johnson, also known as Kimberly Ann Agere, was found in the grass of the 1500 block of Mountain Road on Saturday morning, according to the Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office.
An autopsy the following day found no evidence of trauma or foul play, though additional laboratory studies are pending, the coroner’s office said.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the circumstances that led to Johnson’s death.
