Wichita man sentenced to prison for human trafficking

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A 36-year-old Wichita man has been sentenced to seven years and eight months in prison for human trafficking. The Sedgwick County district attorney’s office said Judge Christopher Magana on Tuesday sentenced Alan Jones to 92 months. He pleased guilty on June 25 to attempted commercial sexual exploitation of a child, promoting the sale of sexual relations, attempted robbery, criminal threat and criminal damage to property.
