HOUSTON – Investigators in east Houston are piecing together what caused a road rage shooting Thursday night between two men that may turn deadly. Again, police are trying to figure out how everything unfolded, but according to Lt. Willkens, a family in one of the cars involved is cooperating with officials. From the preliminary details Lt. Willkens shared it may have started somewhere between Normandy and Uvalde on the I-10 Freeway going eastbound.
