(WMBF) – Horry County is making last-minute flood preparations as post-Tropical Storm Debby river levels continue to rise. “We know this water’s coming,” said Horry County Emergency Management spokesperson, Thomas Bell. “It should not be a surprise for anyone, but we just need folks to pay attention to it.”
